Happy summer everyone! Hope everyone wrapped up their semesters nicely, and congratulations to all who graduated! In the spirit of summer and our good ole middle school days of summer reading, I have decided to start a “Summer Reading” series for Leadership!
Be a Leader, Not a Boss
If you have a few minutes, I urge you to read this article, because unlike most inspirational/teach-y kind of articles, this one really gets to the point and is from the heart. There are many things you can take from this as you go along in your leadership journey, and even if you aren’t at that “boss” level yet and won’t be for a long time, these principles can be applied to any situation when dealing with others. It’s sad that this article is reminiscing of one that passed, but the point is made more clearly because of it.
